Firm-Doctor Program - KODIT

Introduction

Firm-Doctor Program was introduced in April 2012 to provide long-term and constant management consulting service for the entrepreneurs of SMEs. It differs from the existing consulting service of KODIT in that medium and long term management advisory service can be provided according to the needs of SMEs.

Operation

Firm-Doctor Program covers management consulting service in the fields of marketing, management planning, HR and production management. Senior staff of KODIT who have abundant experience in the SME credit analysis are dispatched to SMEs for the period of 2 ~ 6 months (maximum 1 year).

Positive Outcome

Firm-Doctor Program enabled SMEs to strengthen business competitiveness with relatively long term of on site advisory service. In 2012, KODIT has carried out 687 cases of Firm-Doctor Program consulting service with the cooperation of the Small and Medium Business Administration.
